Hôte professionnelle, accueillante, agréable, disponible à proximité et en ligne. Elle informe et conseille pour tout besoin et demande dans un mode action‐ réaction. Petits commerces, carrefour market, pharmacie et boulangerie proches du lieu. Résidence calme et sécurisée dans un nouveau quartier. De nombreux taxis sillonnent les rues pour 15 à 20 dirrhams pour divers points de la ville. On.peut aller aussi au centre ville à pied, si on aime marcher. Il y a de nombreux bus de ville aussi pour 5 dirrhams.
Légèrement excentré, mais appréciable. Cela permet de rencontrer et d'échanger avec les locaux qui sont calmes et avenants. A pied on rejoint le Souk El Had, la plage, les quartiers touristiques, en s'imprégiant de l'ambiance réelle.
