It was close to where we wanted to be for ease of my husband visiting me in hospital for a week. The layout and presentation of the unit was well thought out. Good amenities within the unit for my husband to cook his own meals. Excellent communication by Anthony with a very detailed and clear instructions to welcome us and what to do on departure.

The noise surrounding the unit was not conducive for a good nights sleep with emptying of bins around the 5am mark, buses and trains also heard at that time. For us, a nice mattress topper would have been welcome as the mattress was a little too firm for us, and may have allowed us my husband a more restful sleep. Blinds can’t be opened as otherwise everyone can see into the property, it needs to have even some frosted adhesive on the lower half of the windows for added privacy/security or a day/night blind on all the windows. The bathroom was freezing cold, being able to close the toilet window would help with this. Tthe stainless steel shower base had to be heated with hot running water before we could step into it. Using the portable heater was the only way getting a shower was made comfortable by warming the room before showering. A shower caddy would be very welcoming as all our toiletries had to be left on the shower floor which for someone with hidden disabilities, bending up and down is not something I can do with ease.
