L’emplacement prêt de la plage (5 minutes à pieds). 2 SDB. 1 BBQ. Terrasse abrité du soleil. Produit de première nécessité déjà présent.
Grilles et outils du BBQ très sale. Mobilier extérieur (salon de jardin) rouillé. Literie très mauvaise (gros creux). Ventilateur et pas une vrai climatisation. Problème de taxe qui étaient incluent dans le prix mais réclamé le jour J, menace d’appeler la police. Menace d’appeler la police, ne veux pas fournir de facture.

Nice holiday appartment for a large family or a group of people. The arrangements inside are a bit rustic but practical. Three bedrooms, kitchen separated from the living room, a terrace space with grill on the outside. Two separate bathrooms.
The location is just a few hundred meters from a nice beach, great place for jogging, biking, other sports activities. Less than a kilometer to the nearest caffe, about 2-3 kilometers from the Lungomare and 4 km from the center of Alghero. Very friendly owners.
