Ontbijt was goed. Keuze genoeg. De bedden waren voortreffelijk. Personeel erg vriendelijk.

De incheck via beeldscherm ging niet goed. Toetsenbord was niet goed. Echter druk op de knop en we werden goed geholpen.voor

Dans l’ensemble rien à redire ,le petit déjeuner excellent et la jeune femme au service très agréable et professionnelle

L’accueil,une dizaine de personnes à essayer de mettre le numéro de réservation le nom Sur un clavier défectueux,et en final une personne a l’interphone qui nous prend de haut j’avais l’impression d’être un petit garçon devant son maître d’école C’est vrai qu’il était 22h

Nothing particularly stood out during the stay, but the breakfast was decent and probably the best part of the experience.

There was no information about how to check in. When I arrived, there was no one at reception and I had to figure out myself that it was a self check-in. The staff did not speak English, which made communication difficult. I asked to stay one hour longer than the standard check-out time and received a direct refusal. There was also no food available in the hotel and nothing nearby. The restaurant right in front and others in the area were already closed at 2 pm. The worst part was being disturbed twice by the cleaning staff, they opened the door at 8:00 and came again at 10:00, even though check-out was at 12:00. This was unacceptable.
