Staff were very friendly and helpful; the cleaner lady carried my suitcase up the stairs which was helpful, and Natalie printed out some documents for me. They allowed me a slightly early check in, which was handy. The interior area of the riad is simply stunning. The room itself was comfortable and amazingly quiet considering the bustling souk/medina it is in the middle of. Bed was comfortable; wardrobe had plenty of hangers for clothes. I always had hot water in the shower. Although the breakfast featured mainly breads and cakes, which I don't eat, when I enquired, they provided me with boiled eggs for my last two nights of the stay. Thank you staff!

Note: the kitchenette had a stove top and microwave but only a mug, no cooking equipment or cutlery. When I mentioned that, I was told that I could borrow any of the crockery from downstairs but what I really needed was a saucepan. I think you have to ask for things at this hotel! I only just read that there was a rooftop that I could have gone to! No one told me about that. Explicit instructions to give to taxis would have been handy as there are two entrances to the riad from the medina; unfortunately I was dropped off at the longer one. I asked for a light to be fixed a few times but I don't think it was ever fixed (just inside the entrance) so at night it could be dark near the 'kitchenette'.

Inside the medina. Parking is walking distance. Continental Breakfast is very good, but should be replaced with fresh juice and fruits instead of package.

No power in facility due to elect. problem on 2nd day stay for whole day and night, so very uncomfortable for night stay. Manager apologize next day. It should be discounted for 2nd day stay
