Hotel is really nice and relaxing. Beautiful pool area and the food is lovely. The beach access is good and the rooms as described. Beds seem to be hard in Thailand as the same everywhere we have stayed. This is a great place to relax and unwind and love the hot and cold pools
Location - without a car you are isolated at this hotel. To get out they charge silly money for a taxi and grab and bolt don’t work here. If only a couple of days no issues as nice to relax but hotel food expensive compared to outside.

Location is remote, could be good if you’re trying to get away from busy areas. Most staff was very friendly. Massages were really good, among the best we’ve had in Thailand
The hotel seems like a shadow of what it could be (or maybe ever was). We booked a room in the modern newer building after reading reviews of musky smells, thinking it would be better in those. Safe to say that assumption was wrong. Our room smelled very moldish and musky from the beginning. Dehumidifying with the airco helped a bit. There was visible mold on the ceiling, little holes all over the ceiling too. Weird smears all over the walls and door. Terrace was dirty, our entire stay there was candy wrappers from previous guests under the bed (pretty well visible). The food was okay but not great. Restaurant staff was often rude or untrained. The 2nd restaurant wasn’t even open. Everything about the place seemed run down, old, badly maintained and not clean. It’s a real shame that the hotel is run this way as the location and nature outside is absolutely beautiful. This place could be an actual gem, but unfortunately it’s far from it due to these very clear details, it’s not even like its subtle.
