Welcome to Shoalwater 1102!

*UPDATE 5/2 from Association: *We wanted to send an update out regarding the outdoor pool resurfacing project. All the tile is done and the pool is prepped for plaster. Due to weather forecasted for tomorrow, the pool vendor could not plaster the pool today. The plan is to plaster on Sunday, May 4th and start filling Monday morning. It will probably take 2 days to fill depending on water pressure. They plan to reopen the outdoor pool on Thursday morning, May 8th. We are very sorry for this inconvenience but the repairs took longer than expected.* The pool deck and all other amenities will be available.

The entire ceiling has be redone and looks great! Recently painted and new Smart TVs installed! Located on the 11th floor offering optimal beach front views.

The balcony provides spectacular views of the beach with living room floor to ceiling glass for crystal clear views. This unit offers the most beautiful views of the sandy white beaches and sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

This gulf front condo has wood look tile throughout the unit (no carpeting) with modern power recliners in the Living Room, each with USB charging ports! Full granite in both kitchen and both baths too.

Master bath has a walk in, tiled shower, with Guest bath with tub and tiled walls. Great condo for a beach getaway!!

Complex has 3 pools - outdoor, kiddie pool, and indoor heated pool with hot tub, on-site tennis court and fitness facility.

Parking permits required; 2 Max permitted; $52/vehicle

Monthly stays are from the 1st of the month to the 1st of the next month. We do not prorate our rates.
