Only a short walk or bike ride to the calm sound waters of the Inter-coastal waterway or a two block walk to the Gulf of Mexico's famous emerald green waters.
This upscale-home offers luxurious tile flooring and granite for your perfect beach vacation setting. Casamigos sleeps 15 guests comfortably (8 adults, 7 children), with two master bedroom suites. All bedrooms have smart TVs. On the main floor is bedroom #1, a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and full bathroom. There are five bedrooms on the top floor. Bedroom #2 is a large master bedroom suite with a king-sized bed, full bathroom and a large walk-out back deck with water views. Bedroom #3 has a full-sized bed with attached full bathroom. Bedroom #4 has a queen-sized bed with attached full bathroom. Bedroom #5 has a full over full-sized bunk bed with a pull out single-sized trundle bed and attached full bathroom . Bedroom #6 has a single over single-sized bunk bed.
You will fall in love with the soft beach décor and inviting gourmet kitchen. Upon entering, you will be welcomed with the first floor fully-equipped kitchen displaying granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, along with plenty of storage space and all equipment needed to enjoy your own meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, providing plenty of room to spread out. The living room features beautiful furnishings along with a flat-screen television. The guest bath is accessible from the hallway directly off living room. The main floor Master bedroom includes king-sized bed along with flat screen tv.

We absolutely adored this beautiful house. Each bedroom had an en-suite bathroom, with the exception of one bunk room. Lovely patios for morning coffee and evening drinks, beautifully furnished interior, elevator, all new appliances. Every detail was taken care of. Proximity to the sound for quick walk on “beach” and a short walk to the gulf beach. A neighborhood pool if you need a beach break. I literally do not have one negative thing to say. Book it! You won’t regret your stay.

We recently stayed here to celebrate or 60 wedding anniversary and our party of 4 generations. The house was lovely and decorated with a nice beach theme decor. We used the kayak and paddle board in the sound, and there were lots of sand toys for our great grandkids for beach time. The house was plenty large enough to accommodate our party on rainy days when we were unable to go to the beach, Board games and cards were stocked in under the TV cabinet in the main living space and the kids had room to play inside. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances, cookware, utensils, glasses and dinning ware. The elevator was a plus for our elderly and disability members. The managers were very responsive in providing a golf cart rental. Unfortunately, the elevator broke the day before we left, and the managers were very responsive in have maintenance personnel come out right away. Great place to vacation.

This was our second stay in this little community, and we love it. The house is steps from the back bay and the pool. The beautiful and I not at all crowded beach is just across the street. It is an easy walk (less than 5 minutes) or a very short drive (less than 1 minutes) with parking to beach access and parking . This house, layout very well with master on the bottom floor, and the rest of the bedrooms upstairs. Each of us three mothers and 7 teen and preteen boys were able to sleep comfortably. The house was clean and well kept, and there was plenty of space. It was well-stocked; there were even plenty of beach chairs, paddle-boards, and a wagon. We could have left all of our beach gear at home, and been equipped.. We had no reason to contact the rental company, but in the past, they have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and polite. I would note that it is a nice and quiet community, it’s not for those looking to party at the beach. The pier and beach bar are a mile or 2 down the road. Also, national seashore is walking distance from the property.
