Property Manager presents, The Silver Sand Dollar that is located in the Lake District of Watercolor surrounded by the beautiful nature preserve. This residence offers 5 bedrooms (including a bonus room and bunk room), 4 bathrooms, a 6-seat golf cart, and a wonderful outdoor space that is perfect for slowing down and relaxing.

The first floor of this home features a spacious living room for all to gather around. You will feel connected throughout the open floor that flows from the living room into the dining and kitchen area. The dining room offers stylish seating for 8 guests and bar stool seating for 5 guests. The kitchen comes complete with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for creating gourmet meals. There is a bonus guest room on the first floor with a full-size bed and shared access to the hall bathroom. The screened in porch is the heart of the home, along with the balcony spaces on the second floor, that make relaxing and time together that much more enjoyable. There is a laundry room on this floor for convenience.

The second floor offers a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed and shared bathroom with the bunk room. The bunk room has a twin over twin bunk bed. There are two master bedrooms, one on the front of the home and one on the back of the home. Each master bedroom has a king-sized bed, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a balcony boasting stunning views of Watercolor!
