The second level consists of two en suite bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and private lanai! Views, Views, Views! Amazing Ocean views are found throughout this spectacular townhome. The first primary suite showcases a King bed, flat-screen TV, full bath with Shower, and private lanai. There is a single convertible sleeper for the younger guests. Take advantage of the telescope and do a little star gazing. The second primary suite offers two twin beds, that can be converted to a king upon request, full bath with shower, and private lanai!

AC throughout to stay cool anytime of year. Wailea Ekahi no longer allows private grills but they offer a beautiful gas grilling area at the community Pavilion.

Located in the heart of Wailea, this complex offers 4 pools, including a large beachfront pool and a beautifully remodeled pavilion equipped with barbecue grills. Additionally, there are 4 other grilling stations throughout the property for your convenience! You also have direct beach access onto popular Keawakapu Beach, a beautiful beach that is perfect for beach walks and family beach days! Head to the left to access the world-famous Wailea Beach Path, or head to the right for sunset cocktails at the nearby restaurants! It can't get much better than this! Walk along the beach path to The Shops at Wailea and Wailea Tennis Club as well as five of the most prestigious hotels and spas on Maui are a few minutes’ walk along the promenade. The Shops of Wailea bring restaurants, grocery, and retail within walking distance. Enjoy the sunset, see whales in season, access beach activities and stroll to dinner and back along the lit pathway. Wailea Ekahi offers the complete experience!

New Fitness Center. The facility is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Located just inside the Beach Pavilion, there are 3 pieces of cardio equipment, dumbbells ranging from 1-50 lbs, and a few other accessories that provide a full body workout. You must be 18 or over, sign a waiver of release, and no swim attire is permitted. Close-toed athletic shoes are required and ask that users dress appropriately.

Important notice 1/5/26: The Pavilion Pool at Ekahi is anticipated to undergo resurfacing sometime between August 16 and October 16, 2026. While a formal schedule has not yet been confirmed by the Board, this timeframe is based on current projections and is subject to change.

All other Ekahi amenities, including beach access, fitness room, Pavilion facilities, and the three remaining pools, are expected to remain open.
