Sophisticatedly beachy, updated top floor condo with Views, Views, Views!! Hale Ono Loa #411 looks out across the oceanfront pool and across the expansive blue Pacific Ocean. Sunsets are stunning from your private lanai. The pinks and orange colors reflect vibrantly off the ocean water. Don’t miss relaxing morning coffee while lounging and listening to the waves ripple. In the winter months, catch views of Humpback Whales splashing and breaching straight out from your condo.
This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo has been recently remodeled with a brand new kitchen, new bathroom, and fresh paint throughout. The kitchen features new appliances, stone counters including a quaint little breakfast bar and bright new cabinets. For the chef of the family, we have fully stocked the shelves with plateware, utensils, cutlery, pots and pans, blender, toaster, and coffee maker… everything you will need to whip up meals to enjoy al fresco on your lanai.
The living room has a large 60" Smart television for cozy movie nights in. Plush sofa pulls out to a sleeper to accommodate a total of 4 guests in this home. Inside dining table for 4 is great for a game of rummy with a view. Playing cards are supplied as a gift.
Bedroom has a comfy King bed, a separate 40" TV and has glass doors so you could lay in bed and still see out to the ocean. While there is not AC allowed in this complex, there are louvered windows and ceiling fans to allow the famous trade winds and ocean breezes in to help keep cool.
Updated bathroom is centrally located for all to use. The large tiled shower has glass sliding doors. Plenty of vanity counter space to get ready for the beach or a romantic dinner at one of the many popular restaurants nearby.
There is coin-operated laundry onsite (on 2nd and 3rd floors). Bring quarters. Laundry detergent is supplied.
Hale Ono Loa is a beautifully landscaped property featuring a large oceanfront pool, shuffleboard, community gas grills, and 2 sun decks. The furthest west raised sundeck sits just above the ocean and is perfect for watching whales and enjoying sunsets with the island of Lanai as a backdrop. This resort is situated between the Kaanapali Resorts and World-famous Kapalua golf courses so you are just moments from all of the dining and shopping in both areas as well as many sandy beaches. Hale Ono Loa translated means “House of Good Living” in Hawaiian, and you will fully feel this meaning when staying here.
