The location of Unit A was perfect- very close to the beach. Could see the water from the rooftop porch. I would be jealous if I was in Unit B. Loved the screened in porches in every room facing the sea. Some furniture was a bit worn, but we did not care. Spacious interior. Kitchen well-appointed, nice propane grill. One block from the ocean-side bike path. Had an issue with bathroom plumbing, got quick response.

It was an amazing experience to be located right on the path through the dunes to the beach this year! We were out watching the sunrise every morning.
The unit is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has newer appliances and plenty of work space for cooking. If the owner has a list of upgrades needed, the bathrooms should be next. Also, window coverings and screen doors need work in some rooms. Overall, a treat to stay here. Thank you.

So lovely to be able to step out your door, walk a few steps and watch sunrises on the beach. Living room areas are very comfortable and spacious. Kitchen is great. If the owner has a list of upcoming renovations, the bathrooms should be next along with a few of the window coverings. All in all, a wonderful stay.
