Cozy Leyton House with Garden and Small Terrace

I liked how clean it was it and the location was perfect

The only thing I didn’t like it was the sky lights because it was very bright it didn’t have a cover and the bed wasn’t to comfy

It was nice and cosy. Very quiet and secluded

It was cold even with the heaters

A short walk from the overground. Cafes and Supermarkets in easy reach. Carolina was a sweet and caring host.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable and a leaflet for the floor heating and tv would have been nice.

I had other expectations, i liked maybe the fact that the location was decent

Many things. First of all when we arrived the first things we noticed were the spider webs and the hair strands on the floor...We wanted to make the sofa bed in the living room, because we were really tired after the flight and the bedding for it was extremely dirty(will atach photos). We messaged the owner and she/he said to look for covers for it:))like it changes the fact that the bedding was looking disgusting. After minutes of searching for the covers, we found it, some of it had stains and hair on it so one of us had to sleep without a pillow and duvet. No air conditioning, we were lucky that outside the weather was a little chilly, but when we arrived there were 29 degrees celsius in the apartment. We messaged the owner again, he said that there were fans, but there was only one which was not enough for 3 people.The walls were dirty as well and the glass on the ceiling was extremely dirty like it was never cleaned... Also if it was not enough, on the last night, the ceiling started leaking so we had to place a bowl on the floor in order to not wet the floor...
