Staff were so helpful even though I didn't see anyone.

There is not much I can tell as my flight was delayed and I reached the hotel just before midnight. I then had to leave at 7am to meet friends. The staff finish at 8pm so I didn't actually see member of staff, but they were amazingly helpful by keeping me informed of how to access the hotel and get my room key. The lobby and stairs looked really grand and clean, the room was very clean. They had a lovely breakfast all layed out in the restaurant, unfortunately I couldn't stop. It was only a 1.2 mile walk from the airport, with a lovely footpath all the way.

Having such a short stay. I would have liked to have tried the breakfast and had a look around this lovely place.

You get what you pay for

Staff was very helpful. After making a booking we've received a message that a sofa bed will be made for our toddler and a travel cot for our baby. Sheets were nice and clean and even our baby had sheets and blankets.

I have messaged the hotel and asked if a taxi with a baby and toddler seat could be arranged. I was told that staff will have a look and try to help us with this. On arrival I've asked about this and nobody knew anything so I was just shown a local taxi app. Leaving in the early hours no one is at the desk and you just leave your key on the front desk, which we found a little bit strange.

Poor brekfast offer. Smoking area right by the front door, when leaving or entering the hotel you have to go through a smokestack, also smoke comes into room through open window instead of some fresh air, quite bad...

The girl in reception was very nice and polite. She brought us the kettler and cups in to our room. The location is also comfortable. The room was good. We had everyhing we needed.

Breakfast wasn't so rich. Hot dishes wasn't so hot. It could be more option in food. And the double bed wasn't so cofortable for our back.
