Quartier agréable (proche du casino) et calme. Même si l'appartement n'est pas localisé exactement en plein centre ville, ce dernier reste très proche à pied (moins de 10 minutes) ce qui ne pose aucun problème pour les courses. L'appartement est calme, propre et très bien équipé.
La place de parking sous les arbres (avec revêtement en terre sur le sol). Si en plein été l'ombre est certainement très appréciable, les périodes de pluie imposent de laver le véhicule en fin de séjour (chute de débris végétaux et projection de boue depuis le sol). Une alternative reste de stationner ailleurs ce qui ne pose pas vraiment de problème car il y a de nombreuses places gratuites à proximité.

L'appartement est très agréable, très bien placé et très bien équipé. La literie est confortable et il y a une belle salle de bain. Rien ne manque, je recommande ce logement !
Le seul bémol est que l'on entend les voitures passer, ca peut être gênant surtout au petit matin. Mais il n'y a non plus une grand circulation.
