Down-Town Kafr El Gouna 1-Bd Ground Floor

It was amazing we loved the place her very comfy, and close to everything Specialy it was our first time to rent not to stay in hotels and we love it Nxt time we will bring the kids too

Pros: * Excellent location in Downtown El Gouna, near The Grill. * Very clean, fully equipped, and comfortable. * The kitchen and bathroom are exceptionally well equipped, including towels, toiletries, hairdryer and iron. * Everything we needed was provided, including water, Nescafé and other thoughtful essentials. * Two TVs and good Wi-Fi. * Excellent air conditioning. * Very easy check-in and check-out. * The owner and property manager were extremely kind, helpful and responsive. * Excellent value for money actually better than expected. * Overall, a beautiful, comfortable and very well-maintained apartment.

Minor Improvements: * The entrance/common area of the building needs better cleaning, mainly due to the nearby restaurant kitchen; this is outside the owner’s control. * A latch/bolt on the main door would provide extra security. * It would be better to add a curtain/blind to the open kitchen window. * The shower head could be improved, as the water flow is not distributed evenly. * No microwave is available.
