Paddock View

Clean, beautifully decorated, aesthetically pleasing. Lovely welcome pack was delightful. Really loved the apartment.

Parking was frustrating despite how lovely the hosts were. There was no paddock view.

Placed well within the countryside, seaside, cities, and national trust sites. Lesley and Steve are excellent hosts and will either leave you alone or have a good chat with. They explain everything well and it was great to get to know them. The annex was very clean with modern facilities finished in an ocean/seaside decor. The Horseshoes a short walk on unpathed roads served excellent food and drink. The outside garden looked very comfortable but we were unable to take advantage that being in October. Sun room is a nice touch.

Sofa was tough to sit on and the bed was a tad on the firm side. Might be uncomfortable if staying in the annex all day but there's so much to explore of Kent. Sharing a drive might mean regular knocks in the morning to move but with cooperation and understanding won't be a major issue. The annex is small, best used as a place to come back to than staying.

Comfortable, modern, well appointed with lovely touches such as welcome pack including fresh milk, butter, preserves and biscuits. Lesley and Steve are lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome.

Nothing! If we had to pick anything it would be that the parking could be a bit tricky but Lesley and Steve went out of their way to make sure there were no real issues.
