The house is just like the pictures shown by the host. It is absolutely beautiful, spacious and clean. With 5 bedrooms, it worked perfect for our group of 3 couples and 2 singles to all have their own room! We changed our day plans so we could stay and enjoy what the property had to offer. We cooked lunch in the kitchen, ate outside at one of the large tables in the shade provided by a row of trees, played ping-pong, laughed, relaxed and used the pool. We opted not to go to the beach for the day since the pool was clean and water clear. In the evening we did go to the beach to see the views, shop, have dinner and of course a gelato.
The hosts I was in touch with and greeted by were very kind and responsive to messages.

This is a stunning villa in beautiful grounds with a lovely pool. Steeped in history and fascinating just to walk around the place. If you are staying with families, you can easily find space to sit quietly with a book and there is so much to keep children playing and happy.
Domenico (a lovely neighbour) discreetly looks after the pool and garden so that it is always clean and ready for you. And you are so private in some 10,000 sq metres of garden.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stefano and his team to anyone. The local town, Vasto, is a beautiful city with wonderful history, great views over the sea and amazing restaurants.
