Good location, surrounded by little local bars and pizzerias, a little dark at night, so I wouldn't recommend it for solo travelers. Spacious and perfect for a couple

Some delays in communication with host, it took a while to get an answer about the arrival instructions and some other practical questions. The bathroom is outdated and the shower is not clean and doesn't work properly, the shelves next to the shower need a refreshment painting, it does look moldy due to chipped off paint patches

Die Aussicht ist super! Wir sind sehr gerne auf dem Balkon gesessen. Die Lage ist gut (fußläufig zum Vatikan, der Metro, einem Supermarkt und gegenüber ist ein Café für guten günstigen Kaffee).

Vorab keine Kommunikation möglich! Ich hatte nach der Buchung einige Fragen hinsichtlich der Ausstattung und habe über 2 Monate keine Antwort erhalten (Kontaktversuch über Booking sowie angegebene Handynummern). Ich musste sogar über den Booking-Kundenservice gehen, die auch niemanden erreichen konnten. Deshalb wussten wir bis ca 1. Woche vor Anreise nichts über den Ablauf Check-In/wie man in die Unterkunft kommt und unsere Fragen blieben unbeantwortet. Das hat gestresst! Renovierungsbedürftig, vor allem das Badezimmer was dadurch auch etwas schmuddelig wirkt und teils stark nach Abfluss riecht. Haken wären auch nett, keine Ahnung wo Handtücher aufgehängt werden sollen.
