La ubicación excelente tanto para la playa como la zona céntrica. Las instalaciones eran buenas, puesto que la casa estaba reformada.

Sábanas y toallas demasiado usadas y para su uso diario no pueden estar amarillas y con manchas. Las sartenes se pegan.

Välutrustad trevlig lägenhet med liten uteplats alldeles vid poolen. Allt vi behövde i köket fanns att tillgå Vi lagade enbart frukost. Agenturen som ansvarade var snabb att svara Effektiv AC Lugnt och säkert område Nära till poolen

Om man har ont av det så är uteplatsen pytteliten och det är en gångväg alldeles förbi dvs det är inte så mycket privacy Mycket regler i och kring poolen Sängarna i rum 2 var sådär men det löste vi med filtar under madrassen som det fanns gott om Hade gärna sett att det fanns 2 nycklar alt nyckelskåp

Apartment was very nice. Lovely pool. Very good location. As we had booked a taxi through the management company, the taxi man brought the keys of our apartment with him. Otherwise, it would have been about a 10 minute walk from the apartments to the offices in order to collect the keys. There's a fairly steep hill from the beach straight up the road to the apartments. Not a problem going down, but a killer in a heatwave!

The apartment was rented by us partly on the basis that it has a balcony. This is true. The only problem is that the keys provided would not open the metal grille, so we couldn't get out to the balcony at any point. We looked at quite a number of properties in Nerja, and the one thing my wife insisted on was that I book an apartment with a balcony so she could sit out and read a book in peace. The point of our holiday was for her to chill in this way. We got three different people to try the keys we were given and they did not work (they were for other doors). Two messages to the letting agent went ignored. ANY response would have been professional, even if it was to tell us that no key was available. One message was by text and the second was via WhatsApp - they certainly got the messages as they had no problem responding to other ones, like the one for booking a taxi to the airport (presumably they profit from this). I will admit that the letting agents were courteous and helpful on our last day when we were at their offices to get picked up by a taxi.
