Newly Renovated 1 BDR Flat - Central Location

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war für unsere Ausflüge super. Wir sind auch problemlos mit der Bahn zum Flughafen Heathrow gekommen. Ganz in der Nähe findet sich eine Station der Jubilee Line, womit wir oftmals ohne Umstieg schnell an unser Ziel gekommen sind. Das Viertel selbst ist ganz in Ordnung. Ab und an ein Obdachloser, aber nichts wirklich störendes. Das Angebot von Take Aways ist riesig dort! Nachts ist es leider durch den Supermarkt schräg gegenüber nicht ganz so leise, da sie gerne gegen 23 Uhr ihre Ware bekommen. Hat uns aber nicht großartig gestört. Wer aber die Hellhörigkeit nicht mag, sollte sich eine andere Wohnung suchen, denn selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster ist alles sehr deutlich zu hören. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren bezogen und für alle gab es Handtücher, sowie Pflegeprodukte. Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich ebenfalls in der Wohnung. Das Bad ist mit einer großen Dusche ausgestattet und verfügt über Fußbodenheizung. Checkin und Checkout haben reibungslos ohne jeglichen Kontakt vor Ort geklappt.

Das Schlafsofa ist ausgeklappt leider nicht sehr bequem. Unsere Ohne es auszuklappen war es sehr bequem. Ein zweiter Kleiderschrank wäre von Vorteil. Der vorhandene ist leider schon zu doll gefüllt, um ihn selbst nutzen zu können. Eine Garderobe fehlte uns. Ein paar Haken im Flur hätten schon gereicht.

Very close to Kilburn station and buses. Check in and check out were super easy. The owner answered my messages straight away and was helpful.

The building was extremely dirty, litter and all sorts of staff on the stairs, which for someone scared of rats like me was not ideal. The apartment itself was dusty and not very clean in general and there were no cleaning products to clean (although compared to the average of apartments in London it was luxury). Very loud in the night, any sorts of noises, voices, cars, etc from the street. The curtains didn't protect at all from the sun in the morning. The bed and sofa bed were both uncomfortable, the sofa more than the bed. The shower was ok and the toilet too, but it was not possible to close the door, which is unfortunate as the toilet is right in front of the bedroom.
