Die Lage ist top, Stadt und Strände sind fussläufig erreichbar. Bäckerei und Spar gleich um die Ecke. Schlüsselübergabe über eine Agence, sehr einfach. Küche gut ausgestattet. Appartement hat zwei separate Schlafzimmer. WC getrennt vom Bad. (nur 1 Bad, 1 WC) Pool-Anlage zur gemeinsamen Benutzung.
Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage sehr eng. Falls der Nachbar daneben schlecht eingeparkt hat, hat man fast keine Chance, da zu parken. Die Wohnung liegt gegen Osten; so hat man nur Morgensonne. Das kann im Hochsommer ein Vorteil sein, im Herbst (Mitte September) ist es dadurch dann eher kühl auf der Terrasse.

Brigitte e’ stata molto gentile e disponibile, attenta alle nostre richieste ed al nostro arrivo si e’ preoccupata che tutto fosse come desideravamo.
Ha preparato un piccolo book con tutte le informazioni pratiche necessarie, negozi, mercati, trasporti e tour consigliati nei dintorni. Molto pratico ed utile.
Appartamento pulitissimo, dotato di ogni confort.
Arredamento bello e curato molto chic per una casa vacanza.
Cucina ben attrezzata dispone di tutto il necessario per cucinare come a casa.
Bellissima terrazza con vista sul fiume.
Ottima posizione, vicino alla spiaggia ed ai negozi ma lontana dal caos. Molto calmo e tranquillo.
Il posto auto nel garage coperto e’ un plus non da poco.
Perfetto per una vacanza a Sainte Maxime.
