The overall vibe of the place is very homey. When I first entered the gate up to the unit, it felt like home. The unit was very clean, the cleanest unit I have ever stayed on! No other properties I've stayed in the past can get close to the quality of the units they have.
I'm a big believer of security above all, my wife thinks I'm a bit paranoid but I would not let my family be in danger. For the door going into the unit, it has automatic door locks which I'm personally not a fan of, I would prefer entrance doors having a second bolt, but this is mitigated for me since the courtyard or patio of the property all the way to the gate is very secured with CCTV, lights, barbed wires and very high walls.

The location and the landscaping.
There was no wifi the first night till morning, and no one told us that provider itself was down. We were senior citizens and had no way to contact our families in the U.S. nor with anyone just in case of emergency and there was no staff in the facility.
