Really great location! Very nice house!

Difficult to say as it was all quite well-maintained and all kitchen tools were provided. The only thing I can think of is it would have been nice to have a garage door opener. It is understandable that one was not provided though.

I liked the proximity to the ocean and that you could hear the ocean from the house. I liked the furnishings and the kitchen.

The only thing I would have preferred is to have stainless steel cookware, a personal preference.

Everything! Location, nice clean house, matching decor and beach theme. There were a lot of fun things to do. My kids enjoyed playing on the beach and they even had some sand toys in the garage to use.

Beautiful beach house

Overall the house was great. It was nicer than we expected and the homeowner included several nice touches, including indoor and outdoor games. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with dishes, if you choose to cook. The home is located in a new neighborhood and the other homes are also vacation rentals. It is close to most things in town and is very close to the beach. Laundry pods were available, as well as shampoo/conditioner and soap. We would stay here again.

A couple things to note: The backyard isn’t fully fenced, which was okay because our dog listens well but if you have a runner, you’ll want to keep an eye on them. A suggestion is to add a garden hose outside so guests can spray their feet, or their pets paws, off before coming in after being at the beach. Typically after staying in a rental (even a hotel), we clean up as best we can, but I do think it’s a little annoying to be asked to do a load of laundry when we’re paying a $200 cleaning fee. Although the house was clean overall, the coffee machine was gross and we were unable to clean the gunk out, there were some strays of black hair left behind by someone else, and when I went to use the mop, it left an even bigger mess behind bc it was dirty.

Nicely updated and comfortable

This is the 2nd time staying for a week. Very comfortable and the location to the beach is awesome. Love the washer and dryer.

Needs more cooking utensils. Missing lightbulbs in key areas. Also need more cleaning items like the dish soap etc for the people staying there for a longer stay.

Construction directly behind this home

Nice home. Clean. Nice location.

Construction of a new home began in the lot directly behind this house. Extremely noisy equipment and extremely dusty. I would stay away from this house for the next 6 to 8 months due to the construction. Very disappointing to drive 8 hours for a family vacation and arrive with the construction going on. There was no notification the construction would be happening. I would not have rented knowing this was going to take place.

Turquoise dream perfection

This house was Perfection!! Everything was beautiful, well thought out and designed. The kitchen and house was well stocked. All basic necessities thought of. Smart appliances throughout made stay and use easy. Beds were beyond comfortable. My mother is disabled and house was accessible and easy to maneuver her in. Loved everything so much, my husband and I looked up everything used from the mattresses to the laundry soap. Will definitely stay here again.

Only dislikes were the temperature of water on hot is scalding. Water heater max temp should be turned down. Both myself and father got burned. So must add cold everytime. Also walk in shower is very slick when soapy so can be fall hazard. So be cautious when washing. Other than those things house is wonderful!

Love this coast house! Wish we could stay here again soon!

The house was very clean spacious living area and back patio. The beds were comfy! Lots of things todo. House provided board games, other activities like corn hole, and sand buckets.

There isn't seating big enough for plus sized people was the only downfall with this place.
