Our stay in this apartment in Sanremo was great. The apartment is big with a lot of light. There were everything the family would need for comfort stay. It took some effort to get there cause you had to get up the hill (even though it was a little cardio and we assess this part as positive :)). Apartment with a perfect view and incredible scent of cypress trees growing on the property. City center, restaurants, local shops, market - are within walking distance from the property.

Appartement was big. Owner was very nice.
Very very old furniture and beds. Especially the beds should be replaced immediately.

The view, location, parking garage, elevator to apt, blinds, washer, dishwasher.
Living room furniture was very uncomfortable, needs replaced. Beds were too soft, could use new mattresses, light fixtures were broken and needed replaced, kitchen needs a replacement skillet that is for an induction stovetop. (There is one there but it can’t be used on an induction stovetop.) They need a new Moka Pot too as we could not make coffee with the existing one.
