Great location by the lake. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good service.

The restaurant left me decidedly underwhelmed. It is kind of a disservice for the rest of the hotel. We had fish for dinner. It was not tasty and kind of clinical. It reminded me of airline food. For the price of dinner definitely not worth it. There is a pizzeria up the road which had good pizzas and ice cream.

Luxurious hotel with an amazing location on the lake.

Fabulous location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. A great dinner at the restaurant (and the hotel was very accommodating as we hadn't booked; we were a group). Definitely would recommend.

A very good stop on a cycling tour around Konstanz lake.

The location on the lake shore, the large room with a nice balcony.

After a full cycling day we wanted to have a drink on the terrace but there was only 1 waiter to serve many people so we just left.

Beautiful location but lacking in amenities

clean & modern and on the lakeside

considering it was advertised on booking.com for UK guests, there was no info in the hotel in English & the staff spoke very little. Hotel advertised a private lakeside garden & beach but this was cordoned off and had no where to sit during the day. Room was clean & comfortable but window from the bedroom into the bathroom meant little privacy. Very few amenities in resort- hotel restaurant was very expensive & no bar in the evening. Lakeside bar closed at 9.30 so had to spend evening in the room but no English speaking TV. BBC 1 & Netflix listed on guide but not activated. Tried to ask if we could pay for Netflix but reception staff didn’t understand. Also reception closed early in the evening & another guest had to show us how to access the hotel as the staff didn’t explain when we arrived . Don’t think this hotel should be advertised for English speaking guests

Beautiful location, friendly staff! Excellent stay

The location was excellent. The staff was very helpful. We wanted to sit on the terrace for morning coffee to enjoy the views and without even asking staff brought us blankets so we won't be cold. The rooms were clean and the balcony was a bonus.

Perfect stay. The view is fabulous. Very comfortable room and good breakfast. Will bring my family next time if visit Bodensee again.

TV system is a bit out of date (can't connect to WiFi or neither YouTube). No water boiler.

Amazing location in Germany.

The breakfast was first rate! This was a perfect room with a spectacular view of the lake.

The fountain being on next door after 9pm. This is not the fault of the hotel, but it disturbed our evening tranquility.

Good

The location is perfect to know the surroundings. The Hotel is directly at the lake. The harbor is just some meters away. There is also a place nearby to rent bicycles. The service was very good, all the employees were very polite and willing to help

I think the hotel is too expensive for the provided quality, but I also understand that the cost is mainly because of the location. The room was OK, but there was a strange "window" in the bathroom looking to the inside of the room, which was somehow uncomfortable. The pillows in the first night were very bad, but after informing in reception we received different pillows for the remaining nights.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sensationell...direkt am See gelegen... Herrliche Blicke ... perfekte Aussicht... Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, gute Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Außergewöhnlich lecker. Wir kommen wieder in jedem Fall

Sehr Erholsam, sehr schöne Lage, tolles Essen.

Alles toll, super Lage, direkter Seezugang, schöne Terrasse zum Frühstücken, tolles Frühstück, sehr gutes Abendessen- aufmerksamer freundlicher Service, mit Sonnenuntergang am See neben kleinem Park und Schiffsanlegesteg- gute Parkplätze genau vor Ort, Zommer, komfortabel, Kühlschrank, sehr gute Betten und gutes Bad. Alles Toll, vielen Dank!

Miniverbesserungsvorschlag: Bademantel auf dem Zimmer wäre gut, da man zum Schwimmen am hoteleigenen Seezugang durchs Hotel und Restaurant geht.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel in direkter Seelage mit ausgezeichnetem Essen.

Ein wunderschönes, sehr sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer zur Gartenseite am See. Das Hotel hat direkten Seezugang mit einer kleinen Liegewiese nur für Hotelgäste. Unser sehr vielfältiges Frühstück und das Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt und wären sehr gerne länger geblieben.

Sehr sehr gutes Frühstück mit sehr leckeren unterschiedlichen glutenfreien Brötchen Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf Berge und Bodensee Sehr sauber Lage direkt am Wasser ist top Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal Regendusche super Sehr bequeme Betten und Kissen kostenlose Parkplätze

Der Aschenbecher vom Vorgast war noch gefüllt und hat sich mit Wasser gefüllt, das war als Nichtraucher nicht so schön anzusehen

Toller Urlaub am Bodensee in einem schönen Hotel

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Man konnte auch auf der Terasse frühstücken mit Blick auf den See 😊es gab eine Garage für unsere E-Bikes und man konnte direkt losfahren rund um den See. Also Lage ist hervorragend zumal auch der Landungssteg der Bodenseeschiffahrt direkt 50m vom Hotel entfernt liegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze direkt beim Hotel.
