Nice place that could become magical with a few adjustments.

Nice location and very friendly staff. They have a dog too which was extra points from my side.

Rooms aren’t sound proof therefore you can hear tv from next door room etc. Breakfast should have a bit more options of meat and cheese.

Good hotel, but not for 220€ per night

Not friendly personal, have forgotten to bring a cot - I asked it by booking, it was not in the room. I asked to bring it - the guy on the reception said that that will do it in the afternoon, but the cot was not there. At night, I was made to look for a cot for my sleeping baby.

1 night overnight stay

Good location with parking and 10mins walking into town. Clean. Plenty of hot water for shower which was really good. Good balcony. Good breakfast.

Stairs as had not realised there was no lift but that is my fault not the hotels as should have read about the amenities.

Breakfast needs more love

The hotel is new and clean. The pool was very nice and they had bikes you could use for free. The personnel was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was nice, but the bread rolls were quite hard. Also, no love was put into cutting the vegetables at breakfast. Some of the vegetables were brown and mouldy.

Exceptional place

Firstly, a very good owner and service! Personnel tries to do everything to make you comfortable, from the morning until the very evening. Very good food, there were no issues with anything. Room is air conditioned, there's a safe, and black-out drapery. There's not so much space or furniture, but still ok. TV is hidden behind the mirror, interesting arrangement 😊 There's a vast safe private parking on site. Nice green territory. There was so pleasant to eat every day in the garden. There were plants and flowers around. No sign of the road or cars going by, just quite place.

There could be a kettle in the room, also in the evening water was not so hot in the shower. It would be good to have a cork to wash cloths in the shell, and a drainboard on the balcony.

The location is great - easily accessible from the main road, close to the beach and the town center, yet very peaceful and quiet. We loved having breakfast in the backyard/ a proper little park filled with pine trees. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are kept clean and neat. An excellent wi-fi connection and a free parking space are also a huge plus.

A pleasant stop. No facilities in the immediate vicinity but NoviGrad is only a short distance away.

The apartment is in a new block, about 15 minutes walk from the old town. It was very smartly laid out. The Al Fresco breakfast was excellent. There was secure storage for our bicycles.

The bedroom was very hot because the air conditioning was not available during the night.

Nice, renovated place close to the sea

Perfect location, 2min walk to the coast, private parking, renovated, cozy, nice room (just like in the pics), good breakfast on the terrace... I would recommend it to anyone for a short break at sea.

Parking spot available without charge.

Toilet was not clean. The rest of last toilet visit of previous guests were still inside !!! Bed was very uncomfortable and old. Air conditioner very loud and probably damaged. Breakfast really poor for croatian standards. I do not know how this place can have 8,5 rating...

Excellent stay, we'll be coming back.

Thank you so much for the excellent stay!! The location was perfect, the sea - amazing, breakfast was very good and the staff of the pension were the nicest people ever. We really enjoyed our stay, perfect if you want to truly relax and get some rest. We fell in love with Novigrad! Emmaus is really close to the beach and the city center and at the same time - secluded and quiet. Thank you!

There could be more fruit at breakfast, other than that - it was really good.

Very kind and warm staff (probably friends and family members). Especially boss (receptor) was very pleasant. The best thing was big portion of salad served on dinner. If any of the menu was not good for my family members, they ordered pizza which was also really good.

Outside playground for kids is old and not maintained.

Definitely for a recommendation

The location is perfect. There's a small beach 200-300m away. But if you go down the street, by the supermarket Plodine (also 300m or so from the pansion), following that street you will discover a path to even better beaches, with a concrete path going into the water. The food at the pansion was great, a lot of variety for breakfast (sweet and salty, fruits, cereals) and a nice dinner. It was the main reason why i booked Emaus and I didnt regret it. And the wifi is great all around the place! Next time in Novigrad, im booking the same place. Thanks.

The only thing bothered me a bit is that the bathroom has a sliding door. Being shy as i am, this was a bit of a problem for me. And there were only 3-4 english channels. (All of them are German, Russian, Italian etc) We were out of the room most of the time, but when we wanted to stay in and watch a movie, this came out as a small issue. Both of these are small suggestions, I'd absolutely stay here again.

Kleines ruhiges Hotel, sehr nettes Personal, sehr gute Verständigung und sehr gute Lage, kurze Wege zum Strand und zum Stadtzentrum. Verpflegung reichlich und für jedermann etwas dabei, der Kaffee hat uns sehr gemundet.

Schönes, kleines Hotel mit viel Luft nach oben.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal dort. Neu renoviertes Haus. Schöne Lage. Toller Pool Einfaches aber sehr leckeres Abendessen.

Wir haben die neuen Deluxe Zimmer gebucht und waren leider nicht wirklich begeistert. Bad/ WC- Türen aus durchsichtigem Glas. Keinerlei Haken oder Ablageflächen im Bad( außer Waschbeckenrand). Handtücher lagen entweder auf dem Mülleimer oder auf der Toilette. Kein Stuhl, hocker etc. Kleidung musste man am Abend auf den Kühlschrank legen. Kein wäscheständer. In einem Urlaubshotel am Strand ist das sehr ungünstig. So haben alle Gäste die Balkone vollgehängt. Toilettensitz viel zu klein und locker. Es war insgesamt sehr lieblos. Winziger Spiegel! Leider sehr schlecht war der Bar- Betrieb. Mitarbeiter konnten sehr schlecht bis gar nicht deutsch. Englisch auch sehr schlecht. Uns ist dies bei unserem letzten Besuch bereits aufgefallen. Wohlgemerkt das 80% der Gäste deutschsprachig sind. Radler erst nach mehreren Tagen endlich gekühlt erhältlich. Cola war nach 3 Tagen ganz aus. Kein Service am Pool oder auf der Terrasse. Sehr schade.

Odlična lokacija, v neposredni bližini plaže in mestnega središča (pot skozi marino). Prav tako dobro izhodišče za kolesarske podvige. Hotel na novo prenovljen, sicer manjkajo še kaki detajli, ampak v redu. Tudi bazen z ležalniki daje hotelu dodatne točke.

Nimam pripomb. Le morda dobronamerni nasvet. Več pozornosti namenite čistoči miz (ko gostje pojedo obrok, da se to čimprej pospravi in mize pobrišejo/dezinficirajo.

Hotelzimmer, Speisesaal,… sehr sauber. Es wurde neu eingerichtet. Gutes ausreichendes Frühstück. Parkplatz ebenfalls genug vorhanden.

wenig TV hinter Spiegel

Generell: Kakerlaken im Bad, Bett verursacht Rückenschmerzen, da es so weich ist. Frühstück na ja... Hotelchef nicht entgegenkommend und wenig verständnisvoll. Zimmermädchen schlagen die Türen laut zu am Morgen, da manche Schlösser nicht richtig funktionieren. Wasserschaden im Empfangsbereich seit Tagen. 1. Zimmer - Gestank von Kanalisation Wände hellhörig. TV und Kindergeschrei vom Nachbarn 2. Zimmer - WC Spülung funktioniert nicht richtig. Entgegen der "fabelhaften" Bewertungen sind wir mehr als enttäuscht und konnten keine Lösung mit dem Hotel finden, früher abzureisen, ohne den vollen Preis zu bezahlen.
