    I am truly impressed with the quality of service that I received during my stay. All staff in every department were very helpful and courteous, from concierge to escorting me to the lift. Then the seamless checkin and being escorted to the lifts again and have my car & bags all looked after. The room itself was amazing with breathtaking views & attention to detail fixtures and the most comfortable bed was like sleeping on clouds with the bedding & pillows. The pool & gym were also amazing with 24 hour operation. I have stayed at crown towers and alot of hotels but The Ritz Carlton is the only hotel that was amazing with 5 star service in every department. Well done to all the amazing staff. I'm impressed. Thankyou to for making my stay memorable I also work in a hotel and I know the value of what good customer service is.

    Don’t even know where to start with. The best hotel I have stayed in Melbourne. Spacious room , cleanest bathroom and heated pool. Friendly attentive staff. A fine dining restaurant with a stunning view. This hotel has everything you need. Really enjoyed my anniversary celebration stay here.

    I was asking a staff for directions. A caucasian guest approached, he immediately left to serve her and left me standing there. Fuming is how I describe my experience.
