This multi family site has a 3 bedroom 2 bath house and a 2 bedroom 1 bath house in addition to a full efficiency. Accommodate 12 to 14 in your group on the same lot in separate structures. Free gated parking. All rooms has it's own heating and cooling mini-split units and black out curtains. Located in Mid-City with easy access to 805 FWY, minutes to downtown, beaches, mission valley. Public transportation directly to downtown. One block to Taco Shop. 2 blocks to subway. 3 blocks to Baron's Market ("Best soups and salads ever"), Starbucks, and North Park restaurant and night life. Lot's of patio space with large trees providing shade.

This property was perfect for our Bridal Shower celebration. 6 of us stayed and were very comfortable (each had their own room) and the outdoor space was perfect for the celebration. Would highly recommend this place for small groups or family gatherings.
