A covered porch—with views to the rolling, manicured hills of the golf course—leads to an entryway with space to store gear. The dining area with its warm wood-paneled walls is flanked by the compact kitchen to one side and the living room on the other. A leather sectional is large enough for relaxing, watching TV, and family game night. The cozy gas fireplace provides instant added warmth and vibe. A door leads out to the back yard-like central quad—great for the chance to run out and play. The main level also has a twin-bedded guest room and bath, as well as the primary king-bedded suite with small ensuite. Upstairs is a bonus loft outfitted with two additional twin beds and a couch for hanging out—a great spot for overflow guests.
