Step into a piece of history with this totally remodeled 1896 Victorian home, now a pristine, family-friendly sanctuary in the heart of downtown Glenwood Springs. Recently updated with a new arcade console, air hockey table, and kids' play kitchen, this immaculate estate sleeps up to 12 guests across 5 master bedroom suites, each with its own private bathroom.
Gourmet Kitchen & Living Prepare gourmet meals in a chef-inspired kitchen featuring a commercial Wolf stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, and toaster. We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, and honey, plus all the cookware, dishes, and silverware you need. Relax in the living room by the cozy gas fireplace (featuring a hand-carved mantel and quarter-sawn oak woodwork), enjoy the library, play the parlor piano, or step out onto the wrap-around porch and fenced backyard.
Amenities for Everyone
Comfort: Plush beds with soft linens, plus all toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.) provided.
Convenience: In-home washer and dryer (with detergent) located in the basement.
Entertainment: Arcade games, air hockey, and kids' play area.
Outdoor: Fenced yard, deck, and seating areas (note: no grass at the moment in yard).
Note: A locked carriage house in the backyard is for storage only.

No Smoking: Absolutely NO SMOKING inside or near the house. A $1,500 minimum fine applies for any trace of smoke.

Linens: Towels, bedding, and linens must remain in the house. They are not for pool use ($25/towel fee for damage from pool minerals).

This listing hosted by Luis and Kristine could not have been any better. We had an 11-person group all flying in from out of town for a wedding and it was the perfect place for us. The communication with Kristine was 10/10 and she was very accommodating to any question we had. Along with this home being exactly as it was stated in the listing, the location also was perfect. The very quiet neighborhood just one short block away from the Glenwood strip was a very easy walk. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again. The group all agreed this was the best rental experience we had ever had.

Our family stayed here to celebrate a birthday and get together for a reunion. The home was absolutely beautiful with a historic charm. Everything worked as expected, fully furnished, and very comfortable. It was the perfect place for 10 family members to get together. It was right in the downtown area with everything, including the hot springs within walking distance. The neighborhood was clean and bright well taken care of. The owners where immediately responsive to questions. When we stay in Glenwood Springs again, we will definitely stay here!

This is a gorgeous renovated home in walking distance to nearly all of the town’s attractions. We loved the location, charm, and furnishings. However, not all advertised features were available. The listing indicates a toaster in the completely stocked kitchen. There wasn’t one. It also advertised access to laundry facilities. The basement door was padlocked.
There were several small details in cleaning and upkeep that could use improvement. None of the wall clocks functioned. The ceiling fans had visible dust on the blades, and the outdoor space in the back was unkempt.
The listed check-out time is 11:00AM. However, I received a message on the morning of our departure telling me we were expected to check out by 10:00AM. We arrived after the indicated 4:00PM check in time after hours of traveling and had difficulty reaching the host to be given the door code. We looked past that since it appeared to have been an issue with the VRBO app.
