On the 1st floor with terrace facing south, it has an elevator and private parking. It can accommodate up to 5 people with its click-clac in the living room and its 3 bunk beds in the cabin, not suitable for children under 6 years of age – article 6 of Decree No. 95-949 of 25 August 1995. The bathroom is equipped with a bath with toilet. The living room offers a beautiful open sea view and TV. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker (filter) , a refrigerator with freezer, an oven, electric hobs, a washing machine, a washing machine, a toaster, etc.This apartment is ideal for a seaside holiday.
