About this apartment rental
Duplex 6-8 pers (50m2), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, SW expo, 165 km of slopes (st Francois Valmorel) parking.
Warm duplex of 50m² in a recent residence on the heights of the resort among the chalets, it was renovated in 2013 in a "cocooning" spirit: carpet flooring, new kitchen, new living room and bathroom furniture, mountain décor... 100 meters from the slope.
On the 6th floor (with elevator), sunny (SW) and enjoying a beautiful view, you can enjoy an apartment combining space and comfort. Cleaning is not planned, you must leave the apartment clean. Sheets and towels are not provided.
In summer, you can enjoy the private heated swimming pool and the resort's activities: sledging, climbing, tennis, swimming pool, thalassotherapy.
It is composed of:
- a living room with new sofa bed, table and chairs, new 80 cm LED TV included with completely unobstructed view.
- a new well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, LV, microwave, and everything you need to make small dishes
- a bedroom with double bed and cupboard with a view of the Lauzière and the track of the Route du Tour.
- a bathroom with bathtub
- a separate toilet
- Closets
- WIFI access.
- A Wii console with games
- a Blu Ray player with DVD
Upstairs,
- 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds
- a bathroom with shower and toilet.
No worries about parking, including a parking space in the basement.
The apartment must be left clean.

The free shuttle bus connecting the entire resort stops right in front of the residence.
The shops of the 4 valleys are a 5-minute walk away and the centre is 8 minutes away.
The track of the route du tour passes 50 meters above the residence and allows a departure and return by ski.
