The "Chalet de la Croix du Frêne" is a large, luxurious, and very cozy 200-square-meter triplex chalet nestled in the heart of the forest, plus a 20-square-meter mini-chalet for 2 people, situated on a 1,400-square-meter south-facing lot, an 80-square-meter south-facing terrace, very welcoming: accommodates up to 12 people, just 300 meters from downtown, close to all shops—a unique and exceptional location.
Just 900 m from the ski slopes, accessible on foot via the Prorel gondola; parking, ski shop, ski storage, and ESF ski school; just 900 m from the SNCF train station, swimming pool, and ice rink.

Located 900 m from the nearest ski slopes and the Prorel gondola station, which provides access to the entire Serre-Chevalier ski area (ski storage available at the base of the gondola); the SNCF train station, and just 300 meters from all shops, at the foot of a wooded park, a pond, and a children’s playground.

You will have access to the entire chalet except for the garage, which is private.
There is a private parking lot in front of the chalet that accommodates up to 4 cars; for additional cars, there is a public parking lot 100 m from the chalet.
A concierge service will be available to assist with any requests or questions regarding the chalet, as well as to provide you with insider tips and useful local recommendations.
