** A bright and comfortable basement suite featuring:
– Large well-lit room
– Queen-sized bed
– 3-drawer dresser
– Garment rack
– Sofa & coffee table
– Work table & chair
– Free parking & high-speed internet
– Sleeps 3 (queen bed for 2, sofa for 1)
– We live in a friendly, safe & quiet neighborhood!
** Location:
– 15 minutes from Toronto Pearson International Airport
– Walking distance to Financial Drive & Mississauga Road
– Close to major highways, University of Toronto Mississauga, Heartland Town Centre & Square One Mall
– 1-minute walk to bus stop & 5 minutes to the GO station
** Nearby Attractions (within 20 minutes):
Waterpark, snowboarding, skiing, ice-skating, fishing, hiking, swimming, golf, basketball, cycling, zoo, sledding & wildlife viewing.
** Guest Access:
– Full access to the private basement suite and private bathroom next to it
– No access to other parts of the property
** Kitchen & Food:
– Kitchen is not available
– Many nearby restaurants, coffee shops & affordable food delivery services
– No dishwashing or use of kitchen appliances; extra charges apply if used.
** Laundry:
– A laundromat is located just a few minutes away
– Our laundry is done on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) in a room near the suite, and a suitable time will be coordinated with the guest
– Please do not open the laundry room (clearly marked with a sign)
** Other Notes:
– Extra charge per night over 2 guests
– Please do not move furniture around
– Expect normal household sounds from above as the suite is in the basement
– Microwaves, kitchen appliances and laundry machines are not for guest use

Communication was easy and nina was very accommodating. Place was clean and tidy and convenient for situation. Family was very friendly. However, keep in mind there is no kitchen which was not a big deal for me but for future guest who are looking for a room and want to cook. Regardless, would recommend people to stay.

The stay was very simple and easy. Nina was a good host, helping us check in. It is a good, cheap option for visiting the Toronto area.

The place was nice, the hosts were amazing however things I need to mention for ppl who are looking to book this in future,
1. There was a small temple set up for no reason in the room.
2. The room was in the basement and had no lock.
3. U can hear them watching TV quiet loud upstairs
4. No water source mentioned upon asking was told to have it from Tap in the washroom sink.
