This two-room apartment has modern comfort, including a washer wash and an equipped kitchen as well as air conditioning. With an area of 32 m2, this apartment is suitable for 4 people. It has a 140 bed in the bedroom as well as a convertible sofa in the living room overlooking a beautiful terrace. There is also a bathroom and separate toilet.Open-air friendly times guaranteed. In the spring and summer at the beginning of the evening, on the terrace you will enjoy the flights of pink Flemish who pass over the residence. Free access to a collective outdoor parking is available in front of the residence. You can only smoke outside. The cleaning, linen and towels are not included in the rental amount but are available for additional on-site or pre-order if needed. A deposit of € 150 for the household and € 500 for the accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival (sumes not collected or debited, as a guarantee).The pool is located on the Ponant side (subject to sanitary conditions allowing the pool to open. The Agency is relieved of all responsibilities in the event of a decision by the resident trustee or competent authorities to close the basins.
