Had a nice stay. Great huge backyard for a dog, and overall a clean (especially kitchen & bathroom) and inviting space, on a quiet cul de sac. Convenient to town. Because it's pet friendly, a fair amount of dog hair, kibble, and other such stuff had accumulated under the couch and hard-to-vacuum areas of the carpet in living room and bedroom. As other reviewers have noted, it needs a good carpet shampooing. One unexpected surprise is the expectation to remake beds with clean linens before departure or face an extra 50 cleaning charge. This is not a policy I've encountered anywhere else (in many years of using short term rental platforms), and it relies on trusting that a prior guest actually changed the sheets. I'd recommend ditching this policy if it were my property.

A very clean, cozy house in a quiet neighborhood. Large fenced yard with picnic table and nice deck. Close to downtown and great places to eat. Pisgah Forrest is close by with lots of outdoor activities. Downtown areas have great shops and restaurants. Everyone was so nice. You cant go wrong with this amazing house and beautiful area.

Perfect house! The house was very clean and spacious enough for our little family of three plus our little dog. Loved the back yard and deck. Brevard is such a beautiful, friendly town. We saw several white squirrels at the house. Extremely close to town and waterfalls. Highly recommend this property. Would stay again if in the area. Also quiet neighborhood.
