Disney is 25 min, location is just perfect for great places, entertainment, shopping and dinner, you can fond anything on a walking distance. Fully furnished and fully equipped kitchenet. Amenities: refreshing and heated pool, a pool sided bar, gym and spa tub.

The Studio at The Point, is a Resort kind of place.
You will have access to the whole studio. The main door opens into a foyer that has two doors, the one on your right that let you into the studio and the one on your left is another unit 1/1 that is rented separate (see my other listings).
This cozy studio/apartment is just 1.4 miles diving from Universal Studios and 10 minutes walking from the famous International Drive. This great location apartment, located at The Point Resort, is located on the fourth floor. Fully furnished and fully equipped kitchen. Great amenities like a refreshing and heated pool, a poolside bar, gym and hot tub.
For your convenience is a Laundromat 10 min , orlandolaundryroom
If your stance is more than 3 weeks, an extra cleaning will be charged. In order to keep the unit is good condition, cleanings are scheduled every 3 weeks. if you request cleanings before the three weeks you can schedule them as you please for a fee.

This place was clean and spacious exactly as the pictures described. Check in was the only issue where I wind up getting the code 40 minutes after check out the person responsible for giving me the code for God and I had to request it otherwise not sure when I would’ve received it Great location, plenty of restaurants theme parks nearby and Disney Springs.
