This 1-room apartment with a kitchen and bathroom has been renovated and is ready to welcome your guests. It is fully equipped and designed to accommodate up to 2 people. Whether you’re looking for a place to stay for tourism or business, this apartment includes everything you need, such as: 50 Mbps DSL internet, Smart TV, washing machine + drying rack, a fully equipped kitchen, and even a private terrace right in the heart of the city!
This apartment stands out above all for its location. Whether you want to unwind after a hard day’s work or a long day of sightseeing in Worms—you’ve come to the right place.
The living room invites you to make yourself comfortable and relax. Here you can watch your favorite shows on the new 43" smart TV with Netflix (free of charge). Of course, Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire apartment. A new and, above all, very comfortable double bed with fresh linens awaits you in my apartment. The room has a large window and a balcony door, making it bright. Of course, you can also darken the room so you can relax undisturbed. Additionally, you’ll have exclusive access to the outdoor area in the courtyard, which features two pieces of pallet furniture that can seat up to four people.
The small kitchen is fully equipped. Here you’ll find a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove, a Senseo coffee maker (pads are provided), and a kettle. Coffee, tea, as well as salt, pepper, and oil are, of course, also available to you. You’ll also find pans and pots in the cabinet. Here’s everything you need to take care of yourself.
The bathroom has a rain shower and is equipped with a hair dryer, fresh towels, shower gel, and shampoo. You can also wash laundry in the top-loading washer and dry it on the drying rack.
The apartment is on the first floor. Since it’s a raised first floor, you’ll still need to climb about 5 steps.
Non-smoking apartment! Exception: You may smoke on the terrace.
