About this chalet rental
The Maya chalet, all in wood, welcomes you for a pleasant stay with family or friends, in a warm and cosy setting, with all the necessary comforts.
Facing south, you can enjoy a magnificent unobstructed view of the Pyrenees from the terrace, the living room and the bedrooms.
It is ideally located a stone's throw from the city center of Font-Romeu and all amenities.
The chalet is classified as a Meublé de Tourisme ★★★.
Access to the slopes (Airelles) either by aerial cableway (city center), or in less than 10min (5 kms) by car.
To get to the ski slopes, you can take the free ski bus (Stop 3 200m away).
The Maya chalet consists of:
On the first floor, a large living room with kitchen. A toilet with washbasin and a storeroom.
The first floor is composed of 3 bedrooms, a shower room with toilet.
Sleeps: 2 double beds (140 x 190), 2 small beds (90 x 190), 1 child's bed (80 x 190)
Possibility of having 1 extra folding bed in the living room (80 x 180) for a child on request.
Number of holidaymakers: 6 adults + 1 child.
The garden is fully fenced with a large wooden terrace
1 terrace with views of the valley and mountains.
3 private parking spaces.
1 ski closet
One part of the garage is reserved for sports equipment (the other part is reserved for the owner).
Activities: Hiking, close to the ski slopes (less than 5 kms from the slopes of Font Romeu), hot water baths and lakes (Bouillouses and Matemale).
The entire chalet is accessible as well as part of the garage for equipment.
Personalized welcome: The Concierge will welcome you when you enter the premises (from 5 p.m.) and when you leave (before 10 a.m.).
Possible construction of chalets in the district.

- Linen and sheets not provided or to be booked in advance with the Concierge (Paid service).
- Cleaning is to be done by you or to be booked in advance with the Concierge (Paid service).
- Pets not allowed (Small clean dog allowed on request)
- Non-smoking chalet
- Travel cot + booster seat available.

Administrative: a lease to be signed / a deposit check: 800 Euros (by bank transfer or by uncashed check to be sent to us) / an identity card / holiday insurance.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays.
