Golfers in the group will appreciate a convenient location close to Mink Meadows Golf Club. Walking trails from the home offer a three-mile loop to and from the scenic West Chop, offering some of the finest sunset views on the island. Beach chairs and various board games and playing cards are also provided for family fun and convenience. At home, you can enjoy outdoor living on the private deck and fire up the gas grill for summertime barbecues in the backyard.
The sunny interior comes well-appointed for home comfort. The tidy kitchen area has a two-burner stove, convection toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge for home cooking convenience. Comfortable seating and a smart TV set the stage for family movie nights or board games in the living area. Free WiFi and an outdoor shower round out the home essentials.

The space is quaint and quiet. Plenty of room for a large family, although there is only one bathroom and it’s an odd layout. Kitchen is also small if you plan to do a lot of cooking, but has all the essentials. Overall it’s a great home base for a vacation of any length, and the location is great! No problems at all and I’ve recommended it to my family. We’ll likely stay again.

The pictures online do not do it justice. Went for a family vacation. It is an upstairs unit but bigger than I had thought. The three bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Best sleep I have had in years. There is A/C in each room which was nice during the muggy week. The living area is cozy and had a nice television. The owners left a very helpful “welcome” book to help with getting to know the island. The kitchen is small but we didn’t mind as we were hardly there. They have a stove top but do have a small table top convection oven. The grill in the yard is also available for use.
The outdoor shower is such a nice touch. It was great not having to fight over who took a shower first when getting back from the beach. It’s also bigger than the indoor bathroom shower. Definitely need to utilize it.
The unit is cleaned and managed by Vacasa and I found that they didn’t leave enough toilet paper or trash bags. Definitely stop by the store and pick up sugar and coffee and ziploc baggies if you are planning to pack a lunch or dinner for the beach.
We loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back. Such a lovely find!!
