About this house rental

This remarkable Park City Ridgeline 3608 is newly-built townhome located in the Canyons Village with easy access to the mountain, restaurants, shops and special events. It is a short walk to the Canyons Village Transit Center where you can jump on a free bus to just about anywhere in Park City, Deer Valley and Kimball Junction. In addition, the Electric Express can get you to Historic Main Street in just two stops and Kimball Junction in one stop!

The home has three levels and was professionally decorated. It features 3,400 square feet with four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

You can enter the property via the front door or the garage entrance, with either placing you directly into an open and bright main level great room offering the living room, kitchen and dining room.

Living Room: This beautiful room features modern furnishings, a welcoming gas fireplace, 75” Smart TV with sound bar, all highlighted by soaring ceilings and a wall of windows to let you enjoy the gorgeous views and natural light.

Kitchen: Fully equipped, the gourmet kitchen provides high-end, Thermador stainless steel appliances, including gas range with convection oven, stunning stone countertops and high-end cabinetry. The large kitchen island has bar seating for five.

Dining Area: The dining area offers a contemporary table with seating for 10.

Game/Bonus Room (lower level): This fun and relaxing game room features comfortable seating, an 85” Smart TV, pool table, and wet bar with a mini fridge — great for entertaining or just relaxing,

Grand master bedroom (upper level) — King bed, 55” Sony Smart TV, cozy gas fireplace and a Juliette balcony with views. The private bath features a floating vanity with dual sinks and under the cabinet lights, heated floor, soothing soaking tub and separate shower. The walk-in closet provides additional drawer space.

Master bedroom 2 (upper level) – King bed, 55” Smart TV with cable, the private bathroom holds a shower.

Bedroom 3 (upper level) — Queen bed, 55” Sony Smart TV with cable, access to a shared full bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom 4/bunk room (lower level) — Two twin platform beds over a king bed and private access to a shared full bathroom with a shower.

This property is very well appointed and beautiful. Perfect for the 7 adults we had in our group. Being a new property, there were some kinks to work out, but the property manager was very responsive and resolved any issues quickly. We would definitely come back!
