Full sized kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare a nice meal. Gas range dishwasher and side by side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser.

Living area has a sofa with a pullout bed where you can watch shows on Cable or movies on netflix. We also have a few DVDs to choose from and board games to play. Air conditioner and heater to keep comfortable.

Keurig coffee maker and a variety of hot beverages to choose from. Spice rack for your culinary purposes. Kitchen comes equipped with pots and pans to cook with and other utensils you may need. Fridge is stocked with condiments and brita water filter

Spacious living room attached to kitchen for spending quality tie with your friends and family. Multiple windows for plenty of natural light.

Smart TV with cable service and we also have a netflix and Spotify account set up and available for you to use.

Please use the Airbnb app for self check-in instructions! The owner is severely allergic to animals, so please do not request or bring any animal with you. We have an automated backup generator for loss of power issues!

I wasn’t planning to leave a review but Sean has asked me for a review three separate times and ignored the private feedback I tried to give, so here we go.My toddler and I stayed on Christmas Day and when we arrived, it was immediately obvious that the place had not been cleaned since the previous guest. There was someone else’s dirty towel on the bathroom floor and someone else’s used bedding piled on the bed. I messaged him to let him know about this (twice) and he did not acknowledge either message. The heater struggled to keep the place warm and we had ants in the morning. Overall I would not say we were very comfortable.The pictures are accurate and the place would have been very cute, if it had been cleaned in advance of our arrival. The location is wonderful and perhaps in other times of year (or with clean bedding available), we might not have been so cold. Anyhow, I could see how this place was a good experience for others. In our case, it wasn’t. Luckily it was just one night.

This was nice location, right next to the highway 101. Check-in process was easy. Comfortable place to stay. However the pullout couch wasn't good quality - gave me back pain. It said, take trash out when leaving, but we weren't sure where to throw the trash bag.

Property was spacious, clean, well equipped, and close to everywhere we needed to be. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen area and the spa after wine tasting nearby. Everything about the property exceeded expectations. A must stay in the area.

Fully equipped kitchen but No place to eat. Huge pillows not suitable for sleeping. Could not regulate heater. Evenings and mornings were cold. Owners response cryptic.

Great stay. There was a glitch wherein we did not receive our check-in instructions via VRBO or via email. Fortunately, the host was able to respond quickly and send us the codes. My advice is to check to make sure you have your check in instructions before the day of check in.

I picked this place because it was close to Merriam Vineyards and we were having a family gathering. It was a nice and quiet. I really didn't spend much time there. The only thing I would change is that there isn't a table. There is a desk with one chair, so if there is more than one person there isn't a place to have coffee and breakfast. Otherwise great location, it fit my needs.

We had dinner reservations nearby and didn't want to drive back to the City after. This was a comfortable convenient place to base a wine country weekend from. We were two couples, one set in the bed room, one set on the comfortable pull out sofa bed. A little short on seating and the kitchen is pretty spare so not for a longer stay perhaps.But clean and an excellent location!

Overall the location was where we wanted to be and the unit was clean and well stocked with 96% of what I had hoped would have been there. The thing that were missing do need to be fixed. These are all easy fixes. 1. We are in wine country and there was no wine opener. 2. The TV in the living room could not sync to the wifi and I followed the instructions to the letter. There was no wifi router for me to fix the issue. The TV in the bed room worked as it's hard-wired. 3. A fire pit was listed as an amenity and in the binder, it lists that as well as a BBQ. That said, it also states, "we offer a fire pit and BBQ, and propane tanks, we just don't supply propane. I ran the property looking for a full tank before I ever had a chance to see the binder and was a bit bummed to come up empty-handed. Not one of the tanks had any propane. I guess not very many people want to pay $40 for a tank and hunt down where to fill it while on a 2-day vacation. Advice, get rid of them or offer propane. 4. We needed a pillow, and there were standard-size pillows in the armoire, just no pillowcases. We did take one off of the bigger and more decorative pillows (4) on the bed. Everything else was just as expected and having the laundry room attached was a plus. We would stay there again.

We were impressed with the cleanliness and the fun but private amenities of the compound area. We were able to get a quick response when needed. This small space has everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We highly recommend the rental, and not just because of the closeness to the Veteran's Beach and downtown Healdsburg. If you need something else to do, there is the Pacific Coast Air Museum about 10 minutes away that will impress those interested in planes.
