About this house rental
It's a family guesthouse in Santorini located in the heart of Perissa village but in a very quiet area. This charming house has been designed and built according to the traditional architecture of Santorini. Another fabulous advantage is its location of 10 meters distance from the famous and popular black Perissa Beach. Therefore it is the perfect house to enjoy the sun and sea in absolute tranquillity.
The house is 45sq.m. and has a separate bedroom with a traditionally built queen size bed and a big closet. It also has a loft with 2 single beds overlooking the living room. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
There is one WC with a very spacious shower.
In the small but fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a meal: a cooker, a fridge, and of course cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils and a coffee maker.
A 30sq.m. private terrace on the ground floor and a secluded balcony on the upper floor are there for you to dine, relax and sunbathe under the greek summer sun.
Facilities such as an iron board with iron, hairdryer are also provided. The house has also air-condition, internet access and TV.
Cleaning services are provided free of charge upon request.
Perissa black beach is the best and therefore more popular beach of the island and it is only a step away from our guesthouse!
Facilities like bakeries, grocery stores, laundry, car and motorbike rentals are only at a 5min walking distance away.
Lots of restaurants, beach bars and water sport clubs are located along the beach road.
There is free private parking area on the premises and the bus stop is only at a 100m distance from the guest house.
We live next to the guest house so we are present on a daily basis to assist your needs and requests.
We expect from our guests to respect our home, the quiet hours, the area and comply with the basic rules of hospitality.
Please note that the second bedroom (with 2 twin beds) is an open loft accessed by a stair that may create difficulty to elderly persons or very young children and has no stair gate.
Also we have to underline that the house can accommodate perfectly 2 up to 4 persons. We do not recommend the accommodation of more persons because we think that it would be too crowded except if it is a family of 5 with small children.

We spent our honeymoon here for 11 nights!! It was very clean, comfy and homey!! The host was most helpful and friendly!! The beach is right in front of the property and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops!! Such a wonder place!! We will be back!!

We were excited to return after 25 years to Perissa and its black beach remote from busy Thira, but my how the years have changed the town. Entire beachfront built out with hotels, restaurants and umbrellas and chairs on the beach. Once we adjusted, we really enjoyed the location and proprietors of all the shops and restaurants. This property was cute, clean and well appointed, but the photos and description did not make clear that the 2nd bedroom is an open loft above the kitchen. Air conditioning was in main room/loft and did not circulate well to main bedroom. Owners/managers were terrific to work with including figuring out motorbike rentals, restaurants and sailing adventure. Short drive/ride to Thira and the rest of Santorini.

The hosts Irini and Akis are a wonderful, friendly couple who were ready to help with anything from the day we confirmed our booking.
Not only the house is located at 2 min walk from the beach, but it’s beyond clean and in the middle of the nicest area in Santorini, the kids enjoyed a lot the roof bedroom ...amazing ....
Some pro points:
- good location
- space to park your car
- short walking distance 2 min to Perissa promenade with nice restaurants and the beach as well
- house has all utilities (iron board with iron, air conditioning,hairdryer, sheets & bath towels are provided, wifi-free of charge,television) as well a kitchenette with all you need to prepare a meal.
-huge terrace/patio where to relax ...and play with water as well ;-)
