No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The lake views are seasonal and typically are available from November until April. During the warmer months, the trees in front of the windows obstruct views of the water.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The apartment is actually not bad. Main issue is we were given a 10 digit code to get into the common hallway, yes a 10 digit code - which did not work. We were given a code to the physical lock box to get a key from the management company, which is the only way were able to get in. Later that day the owner changed the code to a 4 digit one on the door, says he meant to do it sooner, however there was "internet down in the whole area". The code only worked for a couple hours, next day no code working. I don't like wasting vacation time on something so simple...

Nice enough place and looked clean at first but when I pulled back the bedsheets, it looked like they were not washed. They were very wrinkled as if someone slept in them and they had stains. Ended up sleeping on the couch with one of my own blankets. Vape pen in the corner of the bedroom laying on the floor; somehow the cleaning crew missed this. A little confusing as well considering what pulls up in your GPS is not the exact address on the website, and the text message system along with the Customer Service line was not helpful. Also it was forgotten to give me the code to the front door so I could not get in and ended up being late to my event due to this and being on the phone with the Customer Service line.
