About this apartment rental
Located in a small residence near the Rothéneuf district, just a few minutes from Le Val beach (500m), Intra Muros (6.5km) and within walking distance of shops (1km): bakery, restaurants, tobacconist/newsagent, grocery store, butcher's, all amenities and transport are nearby, Fénua is a bright, quiet and very clean apartment of approx. 65m², fully renovated, located on the 1st floor (no elevator), comfortably accommodating 1 to 4 people.
It offers two independent bedrooms with high-quality bedding (size 140x200 and 2 beds 90X180), storage space and a bathroom.
A beautiful, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (induction hob, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher...) gives you complete independence.
The living room is beautifully luminous thanks to its double exposure, offering a dining area and a lounge with TV.
Outside :
- South-facing balcony
- A private parking space is at your disposal.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included, your bed will be made on arrival.
- To start your stay, we provide you with some coffee capsules, tea, sugar, cleaning products.
- Free Wifi available
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

For the well-being and peace of mind of all occupants, we ask you to respect the calm of the premises and the following rules:
