The spacious condo is located in the modern Downtown area, consisting of a dynamic, mixed-use neighborhood, the home of professional offices in skyscrapers, specialty and neighborhood retail stores, a plethora of restaurants and clubs.

A sun-filled room, a king bed made up with crisp linens, and the quiet hum of downtown New Orleans just outside your window - this condo is built for easy comfort, whether you're resting up after a day in the Quarter or planning your morning over coffee.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom holds a king bed dressed in plush linens, with room-darkening blinds to keep things restful whatever time you turn in. Clothes storage and hangers mean you can settle in properly rather than live out of a suitcase.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is set up for real cooking, not just reheating - fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and the cooking basics (pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper) alongside crockery and cutlery for whatever you make. A coffee maker and coffee are on hand for mornings, with a toaster for something simpler. Wine glasses and a baking sheet make it easy to put together a proper dinner or a quiet night in, and the dining table gives you somewhere to actually sit down and eat it.
Living & entertainment
A TV gives you something to unwind in front of, and a dedicated workspace with wifi means you can get work done without decamping to a coffee shop.
Bath & essentials
The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel and cleaning products, plus a bath and hairdryer. Towels, bed linen, soap and toilet paper are provided as part of the essentials, and a washing machine and tumble dryer are available for longer stays.
Fitness & outdoor space
Exercise equipment is available on site for a workout without needing to find a gym nearby, and outdoor furniture gives you a spot to sit outside when you want a change of scene.

Loved the decor! This was a great experience vs staying at a hotel…the only issue we had was finding the parking garage…once we found it we were not sure if it was open to public..the signage inside garage was misleading. It all worked out in the end and we didn’t get towed.
