About this house rental
The Finca Can Vila vacation home is located halfway between Pollença and Puerto Pollença, in the idyllic northwest of the island of Mallorca, in a quiet rural neighborhood.
The long, fine-sand beach of Puerto Pollença is just a few kilometers away.
This large house is built on one level, and the entire living area is located on the first floor.
The bright living room, featuring a natural stone wall, has a cozy seating area, a TV with satellite reception, and a wood-burning stove for the cooler months.
The dining area is right next door. Modern and traditional artwork adorns the walls.
The kitchen is equipped with all amenities: gas stove with electric oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, etc.
Two bedrooms share two bathrooms.
There is one double bedroom with one double bed and one double bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 1.80 m). The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
The well-maintained outdoor area with a pool and Roman steps (stone steps) is surrounded by a large terrace with lounge chairs and a parasol. There is also a lawn with a tree providing shade. Many native shrubs, trees, and flowers give this property a Mediterranean flair.
A covered outdoor kitchen with a grill, water hookup, and a dining table with benches rounds out the outdoor area and is especially popular with our guests during the summer months for long outdoor meals.
There is also a ping-pong table to keep things interesting.
