Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located, 2 Bedroom, 1 bath upstairs apartment! Total remodel just finished updating everything to current code but restoring all of the early 1900`s character. Beautiful Wood floors and walkout breakfast balcony! Stairs Access Only to unit.

IMPORTANT: Absolutely no smoking inside the home, this includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, incense, etc. Should this rule be violated, we will need the unit cleaned by a professional smoke restoration company and the guest will be liable for the $2,500 dollar charge.

General Damages
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.
Fire Prevention and Safety
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners, and portable device chargers.

The space you are booking is for 4 people. More than four people are allowed in the home ONLY IF okayed BEFORE check-in. No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting stay. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Our stay was perfect for our family of four. The apartment was located within walking distance of downtown Rapid City shops and restaurants, and was the perfect home base to explore the Badlands, Black Hills, and Deadwood. It was clean, fully stocked with what we needed, and comfortably furnished. Checking in and out was easy and the host responded quickly. We had a private upstairs balcony and separate parking off the street in the back of the house. We have stayed in many hotels and VRBOs, and our eight-year-old son said this was his favorite. :) If we return to Rapid City, we will definitely be staying here again. I would recommend this charming apartment to anyone because of our pleasant experience.

Great experience. Host was easy to contact and the property was nicely located. Great location to experience the Rapid City downtown, especially during organized events like America's 250th birthday festivities.

We had a great experience while visiting this property. It's an adorable upstairs apartment, with all the amenities you'll need throughout your stay. It's centrally located to the downtown entertainment. Lots to see , good eats, nightlife, etc. Would definitely recommend this property and location. If we ever pass this way again, wouldn't hesitate to stay here. The communication was excellent and fast throughout our stay. Give it a chance, you won't be disappointed.
