The location of this place was great, and the views of the ocean, canal, and Diamond Head were incredible! It is a quick walk or drive to all of the great Waikiki restaurants, and there is easy access to the highway to start exploring the island. It would be great if they had a washer and dryer in the unit, but they do have access to a nice convenience store and washers and dryers within the building. Parking is paid but reasonable.

This property is OK. Very small studio, seems to be a former hotel room converted into a studio. Modern decor. Not real quiet. It is on the 32nd floor of the hotel/condo complex. The complex itself is quite old. The gym was disappointing - quite old and very small. Parking is available at 45.00 per day which was quite expensive. Paid more for the parking than for our car rental. This would not be my first chose in a VRBO.

The condo is a quick walk to Waikiki and many excellent restaurants. The 49er café in the lobby is a great breakfast option. Overall, the condo was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. My only complaint is that the kitchen could use some plastic dishes and cups. The beach chairs were a great bonus. The pool and spa are top-notch. The convenience store on the 6th floor is well-stocked and very convenient for water, ice cream, drinks, snacks, etc. The lanai is an amazing place to relax, work remotely, enjoy the view, take a nap, eat dinner, or whatever.

The pictures do not do this place justice. The photos are nice but in reality the space is even more beautiful and the views are amazing. Check-in and communication were a breeze. We plan on booking again!
